Dystopian and bleak. Sure. BUT:

• great casting
• great coloring
• great editing
• sick vfx
• great typography
• interesting narrative
• girls with rocket launchers
• animal heads on humans

all good

When traditional animation is done right, it’s tough to find anything cooler.  Definitely reminiscent of Bill Plympton, but much darker.  Plus the guy goes so far as to call himself MilkyEyes.  I dare you to beat that.

We really love Tom Darracott’s work over here.  It’s like if Peter Saville and Show Studio had a baby.

- Most dubstep sounds like this nowadays, but at least 16 Bit does it well. This video is pretty entertaining, and the track is great if you like the growly stuff. Hey, at least it’s not Skrillex. Then again, we’d never post anyhing by that guy.
